Artwork is packaged by UPS store unless otherwise specified.
Paintings are shipped framed and ready to hang on your wall. This adds weight to the package which increases the shipping cost, but if you ship it without the frame, the cost you save in shipping you will have to spend on buying a frame and getting it hung. This is all done for you.
Prices for shipping via UPS range depending on size and weight of your painting. I recently shipped a 18"x24" canvas, framed, via UPS and they packed it and with insurance it cost $152.00 from Nova Scotia to Ontario and it arrived in mint condition.
UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, they deliver right to your home or civic address provided.
Your order will be shipped as soon as payment transfer is confirmed via Paypal. Artist will contact you via email to confirm shipping dates and times and exact civic address to ship to, and to inform you of the total shipping costs which you pay via paypal.
RETURNS:
If you are not satisfied with your new artwork for whatever reason, you can return it to the artist studio within 24hours of receiving it, and you pay the shipping. Once the artwork has been received by the artist back in the studio, and it is confirmed that it is in the same condition as when it left, you will be refunded your payment via paypal. Photos are taken of each piece of artwork before it is wrapped and shipped by UPS.
